MEMORIES PRESERVED IN WOOD

A young family living in Switzerland decided to prepare for their future return to their homeland. They bought a luxury apartment in the Churchill Residence in Prague's Vinohrady district. And to make sure that they can live exactly as they want, our architect Martina Fojtíková has created a tailor-made interior design for the entire apartment, which we will soon be implementing.
An interesting fact is that until Christmas, when the client came to the Czech Republic for sampling, communication was only online remotely from Switzerland. For the Premier team, distance is simply no obstacle.
At the owners' request, the interior is dominated by wooden elements, simplicity and airiness. The use of natural colours and materials also corresponds perfectly with the garden, which extends the living space.
The spacious and bright living room includes an interesting double-sided sofa. This allows you to watch TV on one side and on the other side it serves as a lounging area with a wonderful view behind the large French windows.
Wood is used in all parts of the apartment, most interestingly in the bedroom, where there will be a wall with a moulded relief of the Swiss mountains as a reminder of where the owners now live. The apartment is designed in a very practical and multifunctional way - it has a lot of hidden storage spaces and the current study can be transformed into a children's room with a reading corner in the future by simply removing the desk.
